   NARS sheer glow liquid foundation is one of the very fiew liquid founations that looks great on me. Not cakey at all, very natural looking, blends very well, stays put all day, doesn't rub off when you touch your face, and the color rage is wide. I cannot say enough about this foundation. My shade is in stromboli which suites NC37 - NC40 skin tones in a Mac foundation scale. I have yellow undertones so this is the perfect match for me. Sephora describes the product as:

   I've been wanting to buy the benetint from benefit for a while and i finally got it a month ago. Let me tell you, It's the most amazing rosey stain out there. I don't think I'll ever find a stain that will top it. The color in the bottle is soo dark and a bit scary but don't worry Because once you apply it on, it's sheer and so natural looking. Plus, it smells amazing, exactly like a bouquet of fresh cut roses. I'm so in love with this stain. I put it on both my lips and cheeks and I'm out the door.

Authentic Philly Cheese Steak

   Ok so, my husband and I went to Philadephia a couple of weeks ago. I always hear my husband talk about this famous Philly cheese stake that I absalutely had to try. The place is called Ginos and it serves the authentic and best cheese steak in the whole world. When we got there, there was this longest line i’ve ever seen in my life. All these people wanted their Philly cheese stake and so did we. We stood on line which took forever hehe but we got occuppied by looking at all these celebrity pictures hanging everywhere who ate at the same place. The sandwitch had only meat and cheese. I added a little bit on hot sauce. OMG I’m starting to drool haha. I’ll leave you with the pictures.

My Favorite Fall Lipstick

   My favorite fall lipstick has to be Diva by MAC. It's an intense reddish burgundy with a matte finish. The best way to rock this color is to go very light on the eyes. By that I mean just wearing liquid eyeliner on your upper lid and mascara only. For those who find it a bit drying, I recomment applying any kind of lip balm underneath it. I highly recommend this color for fall.

Royal Wedding Makeup

   Yes. Kate Middleton's makeup has been revealed. Some have seen her at a Bobbi Brown counter purchasing some cosmetics before the wedding. Bobbi Brown have confirmed:

  “Well, I know exactly what makeup she uses.”

When asked “So she uses your makeup?” Ms. Brown answered:

  “She has, way before her current world, come to the counters. She does kind of look like a Bobbi girl. One of my head makeup artists in London was there working with Pippa and her mom the day of the wedding, so that was pretty cool.”

5 Reasons to Eat Quinoa

   If you've been hearing more about Quinoa lately, it's not a surprise. Considered a "super food," Quinoa, ("keen-wah") is a relative of beets, spinach and Swiss chard, but its seeds resemble a whole grain and are prepared and eaten in much the same way. Available in light brown, red and even black varieties, Quinoa is light yet filling and has a mellow flavor.

So what makes Quinoa so nutritious?

1. It is high in magnesium - magnesium helps relax blood vessels, which may result in fewer headaches for migraine sufferers and decreased risk of hypertension and stroke.
2. It is a good source of manganese, iron, copper, phosphorous, vitamin B2 and other essential minerals.
3. It has the highest protein content of any grain. It is especially high in lysine, an amino acid that is typically low in other grains. Hence, Quinoa is a complete protein food, containing all nine essential amino acids - a rarity in the plant kingdom. Quinoa’s high lysine content makes it a nutritional powerhouse for a grain especially for vegetarians.
4. It is rich in dietry fiber.
5. It is gluten-free and easy to digest.

Notes:

• Quinoa is much faster to prepare than other whole grains. It can be prepared the same way as rice. But it needs to be monitored more carefully, since it cooks much quicker. 10 minutes boiling should be sufficient.
• It's important to rinse quinoa prior to cooking, since it has soap-like components called saponins that can taste bitter and have a laxative effect. To rinse, place in a bowl of cold water and swish around with your fingers, refilling the water once or twice. Drain in a fine-meshed strainer
